Savvy Wolf (Social Concierge) (“Social Concierge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a tool that helps small businesses draft social media content. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide, such as your name, email address, business details, and mobile phone number.
- Content you submit, such as text requests, brand details, and images you upload to your library.
- Connected account data you authorize, such as the Facebook Page and Instagram Business account you link for publishing.
- Usage data needed to operate the service securely.
How we use your information
- To generate, store, and publish social media drafts you approve.
- To send you account and service messages, including SMS.
- To provide support and keep the service secure.
SMS / text messaging
If you provide your mobile number, you may receive account and service-related text messages (for example, a confirmation that your drafts are ready). Message frequency varies and is primarily in response to your own requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers (for example, hosting, database, AI, and message-delivery vendors) solely to operate the service on our behalf; they are prohibited from using your information for any other purpose. Content you approve is published to the social platforms you explicitly connect.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent: mobile phone numbers, opt-in data, and consent records will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for any purpose, including marketing or promotional purposes.
Data retention & security
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and use industry-standard measures (including encryption of sensitive credentials and row-level access controls) to protect it. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
Your choices
You can edit or remove your information in the app, disconnect social accounts at any time, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, and request account deletion by emailing us.
